Getting A Gift Card:

1. Fill in the relevant details. (Important note: Kindly use the correct email and phone number of the recipient in order to ensure the gift card is tagged to their membership account)
2. Complete your purchase by credit card.
3. As a gift, your recipient will receive the E-Gift Card either by SMS or Email. For yourself, the E-Gift Card will be directly credited to your account.

Terms & Conditions

• This E-Gift Card value is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
• Amount spent on E-Gift Cards are not applicable for Pearls accumulation. 
• Redemption of E-Gift Card is only applicable to use for dine-in at our restaurants (Funan or Tanjong Pagar) in Singapore.
• No refunds will be made for E-Gift Cards.
• You may not use The Oyster Bank E-Gift Card to purchase other The Oyster Bank E-Gift Cards.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
• E-Gift Card is non-stackable with other cash vouchers and must be used in full value for one transaction only. 
• Any amount exceeding the value of this gift card must be settled in full by cash or credit card.
• E-Gift Card cannot be used after the expiry date. The E-Gift Card will become invalid and no longer available for use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you use the E-Gift Card before expiry.
• The Oyster Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. The use of this E-Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
